From October 17th, 2022 to October 21st, 2022, try your chance to win this spooky stay:

- Tag your 3 best friends in the comments with whom you want to live the most wickedly fun Halloween at Disneyland® Paris.
- Follow the @RHINOSHIELD and @DisneylandParis accounts on Instagram.
For your participation to be taken into account, your Instagram account must be public for the duration of the contest. We will randomly select 1 person on October 24th, 2022 and announce the lucky winner after.
By participating in this Instagram contest, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations mentioned below.
Contest rules
1. Organization:The company organizing this campaign is RHINOSHIELD, whose registered office is at 356 Avenue de l'Argonne Porte 16 - 33700 Mérignac - France, registered under number: 830399853 in Bordeaux.
2. Dates:
RHINOSHIELD is running a free contest with no obligation to purchase from October 17th, 2022 12:00 AM CEST to October 21st, 2022 11:59 PM CEST, called “RHINOSHIELD invites you to Disneyland® Paris for a frightfully fun festival with Disney’s most Villainously Important People”. The prize includes : a night in Disney® Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel for 4 (four) persons, tickets for both Disney® Parks for 2 days and a phone case from our Disney-Villains’ collection. Winner selection will take place on October 24th, 2022 and contacted after.
3. Participants:
This free contest with no obligation to purchase is open to everybody. As far as minors are concerned, participation in the competition organized by RHINOSHIELD requires the prior authorization of the legal representative(s), this participation being made under the responsibility of the latter. People who do not meet the conditions set out in these rules will be excluded from the competition and will not be able to benefit from their prize if they win.
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as the applicable French laws and regulations.
4. Terms of participation:
Participants must:
1. Follow the @RHINOSHIELD and @DisneylandParis accounts on Instagram.
2. Answer the question: Which Disney villain represents you the most?
3. Tag your 3 best friends in the Instagram’s comment section.
For your participation to be taken into account, your Instagram account must be public for the duration of the contest. Only one entry to the giveaway will be considered. We will select the winner on October 24th, 2022 and announce it after.
Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will result in disqualification and the impossibility of winning the prize that may be awarded. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the contest by RHINOSHIELD without RHINOSHIELD having to justify it. More generally, any attempt to disrupt the normal process of running the contest will result in the disqualification of the participant. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or participation, voluntarily or not, or carried out in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be considered null and void.
5. Designation of the winner:We will randomly choose the winner using the app Rafi - Giveaway for Instagram.
6. Announcement of the winner:
6.1. Contact the winner
The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram, and will have a period of 5 working days from the day he/she receive the message to accept their prize in writing and provide their personal data (surname/first name of the winner, surnames/ first names of accompanying persons, and dates of birth of minors if applicable). In the absence of a response from them within this period of 5 working days, the winner will be considered as having definitively renounced his prize and will no longer be entitled to claim it.
6.2. ConfirmationThe booking confirmation will be sent to the winner’s email address they have indicated to RHINOSHIELD by return email.
6.3. WarningThe prize cannot be claimed by the winner in any form other than that provided for and described in these rules.
The winner agrees to have their name and Instagram account name publicly announced on Instagram.
7. Prize:Each stay for 4 people includes : a night in Disney® Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel for 4 (four) persons, tickets for both Disney® Parks for 2 days and a phone case from our Disney-Villains’ collection.
For a total estimated value of €2030.
7.2. WarningsThe prize may not be exchanged for its value in cash or for any good or service whatsoever, nor taken back, nor be the subject of consideration or a financial equivalent. No change (date, price, etc.) for any reason whatsoever can be requested from RHINOSHIELD. It is specified that RHINOSHIELD will not provide any service or guarantee, the winnings consisting solely of the delivery of the prize provided for above.
7.3. Overhead costs are the responsibility of the winnersConsequently, and unless expressly provided for, all general costs relating in particular to travel costs to the destination, transfer costs, etc. will remain the responsibility of the winner and/or his companion. No reimbursement will be due in this regard. The participant is informed that certain destinations require compliance with formalities or legal obligations (travel documents, visas, medical or health formalities, etc.) that may apply to him and/or his companion. He will be responsible for informing himself and respecting these obligations, for him and concerning his accompanying person.
In any case, the participant is solely responsible for his winnings and their use, as well as for the benefit of his winnings by his companions. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.
8. Liability:Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, risks of interruption, risks related to the connection, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. RHINOSHIELD cannot be held responsible, in particular, for malfunctions that may affect the Internet network, for any configuration problem or related to a given browser. As such, participants undertake to comply with the laws in force.
RHINOSHIELD does not guarantee that Instagram will be accessible without interruption, that the site will work and be free from computer errors or defects. RHINOSHIELD cannot be held liable on this basis.
RHINOSHIELD cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions of the contest, if the participants were unable to connect to Instagram, if the data relating to the registration did not reach for any reason not attributable to RHINOSHIELD, would arrive illegible or impossible to process or in the event of problems with the delivery of electronic mail. Participants cannot claim any compensation in this regard.
Participation in the contest is the sole responsibility of the participants. RHINOSHIELD cannot be held liable for any damage, material or immaterial, caused in particular to participants, to computer equipment and the data stored therein, or any direct or indirect consequences that may arise, in particular from their personal, professional or commercial activity.
RHINOSHIELD cannot incur any liability whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure, it was led to cancel this contest, shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions. In any case, it reserves the right to extend the participation period. These changes will however be the subject of prior information by all appropriate means.
RHINOSHIELD and its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prizes by the beneficiary participants or their companions once the winners have taken possession of them. RHINOSHIELD cannot therefore be held responsible for any damage occurring during the trip or reservation.
RHINOSHIELD cannot be held responsible for any incapacity which would prevent the winners from benefiting from the prize or from travelling, in particular abroad, including irregularities in their documents or travel formalities.
In general, RHINOSHIELD cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of participants, winners or their companions.
9. Personal data of participants:The information collected to participate in the contest is exclusively intended for RHINOSHIELD. Any participant in the contest also has a right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him on simple written request by mail to RHINOSHIELD.
The winner authorizes RHINOSHIELD to use their contact details (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium whatsoever, without this conferring any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever, other than the awarding of his lot.
10. Dispute and claim:
RHINOSHIELD reserves the right to settle without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be accepted, in particular on the terms of the contest, on the results, on the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the competition. Any complaints must be sent within one month of the end date of the contest to RHINOSHIELD. After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from RHINOSHIELD's contest systems has probative value in any dispute regarding the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the contest.
By express agreement between the participant and RHINOSHIELD, only RHINOSHIELD's computer systems and files will prevail. It is therefore agreed that, barring manifest error, RHINOSHIELD may rely on, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of the programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as monitoring reports or other states) of nature or in computer or electronic format or medium, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by RHINOSHIELD.
11. Applicable laws and designation of competent courts:These rule & regulation and participant shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the French laws. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that this event does not violate any national, provincial, state or local laws of their country of residence. In the event of an infringement, RHINOSHIELD reserves the right to invalidate participation in the competition: to withdraw the prize and draw another random winner.
In the event that any term of these Contest Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the declaration will not affect the rest of the terms herein.
