To receive the birthday voucher, you must register as a member and provide your birthdate before the first day of your birthday month. Example: For a December birthday, you must register by November 30th to qualify.
If you register or update your birthday on or after the first day of your birthday month, you will only be eligible for the birthday voucher starting the following year.
Voucher Issuance
Eligible members will automatically receive a 10% off birthday voucher on the account page on the first day of their birthday month.
Usage
Voucher valid only during birthday month; expired vouchers will not be reissued.
Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Minimum order of €50 (after discount) required to redeem.
Shipping
If the order total after applying the voucher use doesn’t meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will apply.
Returns & Issues
Voucher won’t be reissued or refunded if used on returned orders.
If you don’t receive your voucher, please contact us within your birthday month. It won’t be reissued afterward.
