RHINOSHIELD General Shipping Information
We ship worldwide through different websites. Depending on the countries you are based in, please visit the dedicated websites to enjoy a more efficient fulfillment procedure.
Visit our International or UK website if you're shipping outside Europe.
Order Processing Time:
1. Business Hours:
- We process and ship orders placed between Monday - Friday (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.
2. Fulfillment Estimate:
- For orders without any printed items*: within 2 business days
- For orders with any printed items*: 3 to 5 business days
*Printed items (Design Studio / Design Your Own) are printed per order in Taiwan and then sent to our partner EU warehouse.
3. Tracking Information:
- Orders fulfilled by our partner EU warehouse will receive a shipping email with the tracking number. The estimated shipping time starts when you receive the tracking number.
Disclaimers:
1. Pre-order and back-ordered product(s).
- If your order contains at least one product that is currently unavailable (caused by, but not limited to, stock issues or pre-orders), we will wait for all the products to be available before sending your order.
- Orders will ship out only according to the LATEST pre-order date, the estimated date at the time of order is not guaranteed.
2. Duties, taxes, and other charges.
- Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges for international shipping are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.
- The courier will not return such a package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will retain the rights to deduct it from the initial refund amount.
3. The estimated shipping time is NOT guaranteed.
- It does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping courier may have with the package. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking.
4. Damages upon arrival.
- Please check the quality of the product(s) upon reception and contact us. For any product(s) damaged upon arrival, you MUST contact us within 7 days after arrival or the product(s) will not be considered as such.
5. No refunds for package(s) still in transit, lost during transit or marked as delivered.

We will not be responsible for any packages that fall into these occasions. For international shipments, please make sure to select Express Shipping when offered if you are worried about the quality of the service from your local post office.

RETURN / EXCHANGE |
RHINOSHIELD Returns & Exchanges
Only products purchased directly from RHINOSHIELD official website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of arrival. - If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange. - If your product was purchased on Amazon, you should contact Amazon for returns and/or exchange.
Please be aware that:
- The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect resalable condition. Damaged products may have the refund denied or incur a restocking fee based on the level of damage.

Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered nor a return shipping label will be provided.
- Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways.

Design Your Own products CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. Be sure to confirm the device and/or design BEFORE confirming your order.

Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.

Used Screen/Lens Protectors, and GRIP (adhesive version) products CANNOT be returned. If the packaging is opened but unused, there will be a restocking fee of at least €5 EUR.
In order to return the product to us, you must Contact Us with your order number and and list out the exact product(s) being returned.
We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during this return transit. For all international returns, we are not responsible for paying any custom fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Once we have received your package, it will take 2-10 business days for our quality assurance team to verify the contents meet the conditions above. We will then contact you via email about the refund.

Products mentioned above must be purchased from us or from authorized resellers* with a valid proof of purchase.
*Excluding our official Taiwan website and resellers/stores in Taiwan.
This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following products:
- Free and/or promotional RHINOSHIELD products (reviews, videos, etc.)
- Products not manufactured by RHINOSHIELD
- Discontinued RHINOSHIELD products
- RHINOSHIELD AquaStand accessories (straw, gaskets, bottom rubber pad)
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, RHINOSHIELD reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.
What will we do?
RHINOSHIELD will replace the product at no charge, with a brand new product for the same model.
How long does the coverage last?
The Limited Warranty period for RHINOSHIELD products is two (2) years starting from the day of arrival. The warranty will be voided when the product is phased out of production.
What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:
- Installation failures
- Improper use/mishandling of the product
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. dents, scratches, fading, paint chips, etc.)
- Accidental damages (including dropped products)
- Damages caused by cleaning, disassembly, or modifications
- Damages resulting from abuse, fire and/or natural causes
- Theft/lost products or parts
What to do?
To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND photos or videos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.
RHINOSHIELD reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |
RHINOSHIELD Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RHINOSHIELD, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and its suppliers (collectively known as Evolutive Labs) be liable whether under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages such as:
- loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if RHINOSHIELD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- loss of any consumer devices; loss of property; or
- losses relating to any business of yours; loss of profit; loss of opportunity; or
- loss of data stored on the the device; or inability to access data.
The entire liability of Evolutive Labs Inc. (RHINOSHIELD) and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product.
Except as expressly set forth by the warranties provided here, RHINOSHIELD makes no other express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchant ability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, RHINOSHIELD will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
RHINOSHIELD reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit RHINOSHIELD product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.
Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the General Defect Warranty. For products that come as a package, only the defected product from the package will be remedied.
