1. Eligibility
   
   • Members who register and complete their profile will receive a €5 registration voucher.
2. Voucher Issuance
   
   • The voucher takes effect and appears on the account page on the registration day; it is valid for 1 month from the effective date.
3. Usage
   
   • The voucher must be used within 1 month from the effective date; expired vouchers will not be reissued.
   • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
   • Minimum order of €20 (after discount) required to redeem.
4. Shipping
   
   • If the order total after applying the voucher use doesn’t meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will apply.
5. Returns & Issues
   
   • Vouchers used for orders that are returned will not be reissued or refunded.
   • If the voucher is not received on the registration day, please contact us as soon as possible.
     
6. Others
