The SolidX/ SolidSuit case should be compatible with most third-party full-coverage protectors on the market. However, we cannot guarantee that all of them work well with our case as it highly depends on the design and coverage of each screen protector.

RHINOSHIELD screen protectors are designed to perfectly fit our SolidX/ SulidSuit case. If you are looking for one to go with the case, make sure to check them out!

Back protectors and phone skins add extra thickness to the device, which could make the case fit, installation, and removal less smooth. Thus, we do not suggest pairing our SolidX/ SolidSuit case with any back protectors or phone skins.

The product itself does not affect your phone’s NFC or wireless charging functions.
However, actual performance can vary depending on factors like the NFC reader’s location, the thickness of any attached accessories, and the power of your charger or wireless charging pad.
We recommend testing based on your own usage.

The SolidX/ SolidSuit case (standard version) is compatible with MagSafe on the level of charging. In general, the magnetic force will vary depending on the case used. For a better user experience, we recommend our MagSafe compatible cases, which are available for select iPhone models.

Kindly note that we're not able to guarantee compatibility with unofficial and third-party magnetic wireless chargers.

Currently, the camera button is not sold separately. To ensure the best user experience, the cutout design case and the camera button case feature different designs around the camera controls, making the two versions incompatible.

For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%). If you are using a SolidSuit with a printed design on it, we suggest avoiding the printed parts while using rubbing alcohol.

Yes! Our SolidX/ SolidSuit case is 100% BPA/BPF/BPS free as it was developed with your health and safety in mind.

Yes! With sustainability in mind, the SolidX/ SolidSuit case is made with a mono-material which can be 100% recycled through a dedicated process. The material can then be reused to create brand-new products, making each piece earth-friendly.
